This policy explains what information Invitique collects, why, and how it is handled.
What we collect
- Order details — names, wedding date, venue, contact details and any notes you share when you place an order.
- Invitation content — the text, schedule and other details we publish on your invitation page.
- Guest replies — when a guest responds, their name, attendance, party size, dietary needs and optional message.
How we use it
We use this information only to design and deliver your invitation, show guest replies to the couple, and contact you about your order. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Invitation pages are reachable by anyone with the link and are hidden from search engines. Guest replies are visible only to the couple through their private link, and to our team when providing support.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Maps are displayed using Google Maps, which may process the visitor’s IP address under Google’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep invitation and reply data for up to 12 months after the event date, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or the information of a guest reply to your invitation, by contacting us.
