By placing an order with Invitique you agree to these terms.
The service
We design a personalised digital invitation based on the design you choose and the details you provide, and host it at a private link with an online reply (RSVP) form.
Orders & payment
- Placing an order reserves a designer; work begins once your details are confirmed and payment is received.
- Prices are one-time and include unlimited guests. Express delivery is an optional extra.
Revisions & delivery
We make reasonable revisions to text, colours and details until you are happy. Delivery times start once we have all the information we need from you.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any names, photos, music and text you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Refunds
If we have not started work, you may cancel for a full refund. Once a first draft has been delivered, refunds are at our discretion.
Availability
We aim to keep invitations online and working, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Invitations stay online for at least 6 months after the event date.
